Lumen and par light meters are great tools for measuring how much light is reaching your plants. This chart shows the intensity and size of footprint produced by each Lumenator. Keeping canopy levels around 12"-18" away for flowering will intensify the light to compete with 1000w HPS. Increase distance for a larger coverage area and plants in vegetation stage.

Since one type of light may be completely different from another type of light, our lighting recommendations are specific to Lush Lighting products. For example, when using HPS you may require more lumens, but since Lush Lighting also has Par light, the requirement for lumens decreases.
