Lumen and Par light meters are great tools for measuring how much light is reaching your plants. This chart displays the intensity and size of footprint produced by each Dominator 2x. We recommend keeping canopy levels around 18"-24" away. Allow for distance to decrease light intensity to natural levels.

Since one type of light may be completely different from another type of light, our lighting recommendations are specific to Lush Lighting products. For example, HPS requires more lumens because of the lack of UV par light. Lush Lighting has UV par light so the requirement for lumens decrease. Every grow light fuels photosynthesis differently. Lush should only be compared to other grow lights properly fueling photosynthesis.
